Findnetics: Hello Ethel! We are elated to have you as our contest winner.

Ethel: “I am so happy about this and proud to say that I am with C4 Staffing LLC.

Tell us about yourself and what got you into the recruiting field.

I’ve always been fascinated by the intricate dynamics of human interaction and the art of matching the right talent with the right opportunities. My journey into the recruitment field started as a Healthcare Recruiter during the pandemic. It stemmed from a blend of my innate curiosity about people and my passion for helping others unlock their full potential. Whether it’s identifying a candidate’s unique strengths or understanding a company’s culture to ensure a perfect fit, I find immense satisfaction in facilitating connections that lead to mutual growth and success. It’s this blend of empathy, strategic thinking, and the thrill of making meaningful matches that continues to drive my enthusiasm for recruitment every day. I studied Nursing myself; however, I couldn’t finish my 3rd year 2nd semester because I got pregnant in ’08. My daughter is 16 years old now and dreams of becoming a Successful Surgeon someday. I still hope that one day, I’ll be able to raise enough funds to go back to nursing school.

Is there a particular aspect of your journey or experience you’d like us to highlight?

Throughout my journey, I’ve focused on understanding the unique needs and aspirations of both candidates and employers. By leveraging advanced algorithms and insights from diverse data sources, I strive to facilitate meaningful connections that benefit both parties. This commitment to empathy and efficiency sets me apart as a recruiter, ensuring a positive experience for all stakeholders involved.

Do you have any quotes or thoughts you’d like to share with our audience?

In the end, it’s not the years in your life that count. It’s the life in your years.’ – Abraham Lincoln.”

We fully agree with this sentiment. It reminds us that life’s value lies not in its length but in how we live it. It underscores the need for quality over quantity, urging us to maximize our time, follow our passions, and treasure every moment.
